3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of birth details provided
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Credits & Purchases
• Certain features require credits (chat, horoscopes, detailed readings)
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
• Free credits may be provided at our discretion and may expire

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Share or redistribute readings commercially
• Harass, abuse, or send harmful content through the chat

6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, algorithms, and software in LifeIndex are owned by LifeIndex and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEINDEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR CREDITS IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
