LifeIndexAstro provides:

• Astrological Readings: Personalized horoscope calculations based on your birth data using Vedic astrology principles
• Personal Insights: Analysis of life areas including relationships, career, health, and personal growth

To use LifeIndexAstro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using LifeIndexAstro, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by LifeIndexAstro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as a profile photo). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing the Service to you.

6.3 Generated Content

AI-generated readings and reports created through the Service are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your readings but may not sell or commercially exploit them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• LifeIndexAstro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your use of the Service or reliance on readings

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeIndexAstro, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload to the Service

10. Payment Terms

10.1 Free and Premium Features

LifeIndexAstro offers both free and premium features. Premium features require payment and may be offered as:

• One-time purchases (such as individual reports)
• Monthly or annual subscriptions

10.2 Billing

By purchasing premium features, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

10.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For any reason with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 14 (Contact Us), any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LifeIndexAstro.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
